Me rompieron el corazón y me aloqué, empecé a salir de fiesta, a emborracharme, escaparme de casa y no regresad hasta las 6 de la mañana, probé la marihuana y me gusto, me acoste con alguien y me gustó, se la mame a muchos y me gustó. Me enamore otra vez, le mande mensajes todos los días, me dolía cuando no me respondía, de acostó con mis amigas y me dolió, me dijo que no quería nada conmigo y me dolió. Me rompieron el corazón, salí de fiesta, me emborraché, le pedí a un extraño que me llevara a casa y me llevo a la suya, porque yo no quería llegar a la mía, me llevo a casa y hablamos, me acoste con el, hablamos por días y semanas y así conocí al amor de mi vida.
Llevamos juntos 25 meses y desde hace 5 dejo de amarme. Dejo de interesarle mi día, dejo de amar cada centímetro de mi cuerpo, dejo de hacerme saber cuánto me ama cada día, dejo de hablarme cuando no estamos juntos, dejo de amarme. Yo solo deje de amarme a mi misma.
Empezó a darse cuenta que subí de peso, empezó a darse cuenta que no tolero las mentiras, empezó a rechazar mis besos y mis caricias, empezó a distanciarse. Y yo solo empece amarle más.
-stretch everyday for at least 15 minutes
-drink at least 2 liters of water, and do 10 or more squats whenever you fill up your water bottle
-get a water bottle with a straw so it’s
easier to subconsciously drink !!
-when you wake up and before you go to sleep: 30 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 30 push-ups, and 30 toe touches
-sit up straight with your shoulders back; good posture is attractive, both socially and in the work environment!
-cut food into small pieces, chew until the consistency of applesauce, and drink water between bites
-need an excuse for not eating? “I’m not hungry” “I don’t feel well” “I already ate” “I’m going to eat in a bit” “I’m going to have a big dinner with friends/family” “I have a (food) intolerance”
-chew ice if you’re hungry, gum is also another alternative
-brush your teeth if you’re hungry! toothpaste + food is disgusting, plus good teeth are attractive!
-desperate? search thinspos and remind yourself that you can do it!
remember: you are the only one that can determine the amount of success you will achieve in your goal; stay strong!
